Comprehensive Façade Revitalization
Our scope included systemic Façade improvements through concrete repairs and painting. To ensure a weather-tight seal, we replaced window sealants and performed waterproofing across critical transition points. The project was completed with balcony repairs and the installation of a new railing system, significantly enhancing the property’s curb appeal.
