Directly facing the Atlantic on the iconic Collins Avenue, Ocean Front Plaza requires a high-performance restoration strategy to counteract the aggressive marine environment. AG Contractors Corp was selected to manage a multi-disciplinary scope designed to consolidate the building’s structural core and modernize its exterior protection.

Our specialized crews performed high-stakes Post Tension cable repairs and concrete repairs, fundamental for the long-term load-bearing safety of the tower. The project also involved technical expansion joint repairs and comprehensive balcony repairs and waterproofing. To complete the building’s defensive envelope, we managed impact window and door installations, ensuring a weather-tight, secure, and energy-efficient environment for all residents.
