AG Contractors Corp executed a multi-phased rehabilitation project designed to reverse environmental corrosion and reinforce the building’s structural integrity against the Atlantic climate.

Our technical scope included extensive concrete restoration and painting to stabilize and protect the facade. A critical component was the parking garage restoration and specialized balcony repairs and waterproofing, which together created a seamless protective barrier. This systematic approach ensures the towers remain structurally sound and visually prestigious for residents and the community.
