AG Contractors Corp managed a suite of high-complexity tasks designed to protect the tower’s long-term integrity and visual prestige in a demanding coastal environment.

High-Rise Column Consolidation & Specialized Sealing
The project scope involved high-stakes concrete column repairs and specialized pool waterproofing to prevent structural fatigue and water ingress. To ensure a fully weather-tight envelope, we also performed the replacement of fixed window sealants, complemented by comprehensive stucco repairs and painting that refreshed the building’s iconic presence in the Miami skyline.
